1. Services Provided

Barn Gym offers
Group classes
Personal training
Online coaching
Workshops
Corporate wellness programs
Retreats
Community membership

All services are subject to availability and may change.

2. Payment and Billing

Payments must be completed before sessions or memberships begin.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension of access.

PT blocks, class memberships, and online coaching fees are non refundable unless required by law.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Class bookings, PT sessions, and coaching calls must follow the cancellation rules communicated by the coach or displayed on the booking system.

Late cancellations, no shows, or missed sessions may be charged in full.

4. Health and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring you are physically able to participate.
If you have health concerns, consult a medical professional before training.

Barn Gym is not responsible for injuries caused by misuse of equipment or failure to follow coaching instructions.

5. Conduct and Community Standards

Members must treat staff and other members with respect.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate membership for inappropriate behaviour.

6. Online Coaching Access

Online coaching plans are personalised and cannot be transferred.
All content is for personal use only.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, programs, videos, images, and materials belong to Barn Gym.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any material without permission.

8. Liability

Barn Gym is not liable for
Injuries resulting from training
Loss of personal belongings
Interruptions caused by factors outside our control

We provide guidance, but results vary between individuals.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
